Special City Council meeting cancelled

ONTARIO - The special City Council meeting, on the Ontario Plan, scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
City officials said they hope to reschedule the meeting for sometime next month.
At that time the council will make their final reccommendations on the Ontario Plan- the city's web-based general plan.
Originally, the council was expected to hold a special meeting on July 23, but a scheduling conflict with a councilmember had pushed the meeting to tonight.
For the past several months, the City Council and the Planning Commission have been hashing out details and amendments tothe proposed plan. This was expected to be the last meeting on the plan.
