Senior Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic
On Monday, Oct. 26 the Ontario Senior Center will be hosting Health and flu shot clinic.
The free flu shots and health items will be discussed at the fair. Several agencies will be on hand to ask any questions.
The event is open ages 50 and older.
The fair will be Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Ontario Senior Center, 225 "B" Street.

Do you know where I am able to get a "free" (regular) flu shot? I am a senior and I reside I Riverside County.

While I appreciate that the flu virus is serious for some, did you know that Vitamin D3 is more effective at fighting flu than the vaccine and many in the US are deficient? Here is an article about preparing for flu season naturally. Good info whether you are wary of the flu vaccine or not. My family is already taking extra D3 according to the new recommendations
