Health Fair at Ontario Church this weekend
Reach Out and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church will be hosting the 4th Annual West End Community Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday.
The free event is open to the public and will be from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m..
Attendees can received free flu shots, fingerprinting for children, immunizations for children, as well as health screens for the whole family, enrollment for Healthy Families and Healthy Kids Insurance.
There will also be screenings and exams for asthma, diabetes, blood pressure, body mass index, cholesterol, TB skin test, flu vaccine, hearing, vision, and dental screenings.
Health and wellness information will be available from more than 75 providers as well as expert advice on housing, education, jobs and nutrition education.
There will be a Health Careers Education Village offering information about health professions for youth and families.
