Donate blood, get a chance to win a car

LifeStream is offering the public the chance to enter into a drawing to win a 2010 Toyota Prius anytime they donate blood with their organization.

You first chance in Ontario to save a life and perhaps win a car will be Nov. 11 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Westwood College in Ontario.

Healthy individuals at least 15 years of age may donate blood. (Those 15 and 16 years of age must provide LifeStream with written parental consent. Parent consent forms are available at any donor center or community blood drive.)

Donors should be free of infections or illness, weigh at least 110 pounds and not be at risk for AIDS or hepatitis.

Donors receive a free mini-physical as part of the donation process.

Donating blood takes about an hour.

Westwood College is located at 2890 Inland Empire Boulevard in Ontario.
