Remembering Homeless Children at Christmas
Local Ministry to Distribute Christmas Shoeboxes
Fresh Start Ministries and Community Services a non-profit, faith-based ministry, located in Ontario, is seeking the help of the public in providing Christmas Shoeboxes for Ontario's homeless and underprivileged children.
Hygiene is a major concern for those who live on the streets. Fresh Start is asking for donations of new items: children's shoes, sox, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and washcloths. In addition, small toys are needed to brighten the hearts of the children, many of whom have nothing!
The ministry will pick up your unwrapped gifts. If you interested in helping with this project, contact Executive Director of Fresh Start, Richard Hernandez, at 909-630-2662.
Fresh Start Ministries and Community Services has been serving the gateway cities of the Inland Empire since 2005. Their purpose is to minister to the community by providing social, and supportive services; including counseling for youth, adults, and families, youth mentoring, and services to the homeless and underprivileged. With the goal of improving the well-being of our community; by meeting the needs of the whole person - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Fresh Start is located at 610A N.
