UPDATE: The passing of dairyman Ralph Te Velde

I got a call Monday morning informing of the passing of longtime dairyman Ralph Te Velde. Te Velde was most recently recognized by the state for his contributions in agriculture and the San Bernardino County area.

Gayle Learned, executive director of the San Bernardino County Farm Bureau said his services will be held at Cross Point church in Ontario on Friday at 11 am.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ontario Christian School, Ontario Christian School Association

or to the California Foundation for Agriculture In the Classroom 2300 River Plaza Drive, Sacramento, CA 95833.
