Want to get involved in the community? The Ontario-Montclair School District is now accepting applications for the recent vacancy on the board.

They posted the following on their site:

The Ontario-Montclair School District is accepting applications for a vacant seat on the Board of Trustees.  In order to be qualified, an applicant must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of California, a resident within the Ontario-Montclair School District boundaries, a registered voter, and not legally disqualified from holding civil office.  The completed application, including proof of qualifications, must be received by the Superintendent’s Office no later than 4 p.m. on January 7, 2013 at the Ontario-Montclair School District office located at 950 West D Street, Ontario, California 91762.  Contact phone: (909) 418-6445.  The application is available at the same location.  Any applicants that have not completed and submitted all required documents by 4 p.m. on January 7, 2013 will not be considered as candidates for the vacant position.
Note: Candidates who submit a complete application will be fingerprinted. These fingerprints will be submitted to the Department of Justice for a background check.
