Beckham in LA...

Yesterday was kind of a wacko day as I found myself knee deep in the David Beckham comes to LA story for the LA Daily News. My colleague and great friend Beth Barrett did most of the heavy lifting but I contributed some of the Hollywood stuff and got a funny quote from Trent Venegas of Pink is the New Blog who memorab;ly described Beckham this way:
"It's not so much that he's the best soccer player - he's very good - it's his whole charisma factor.He's very cool with being seen and going out. He always looks good and is dressed well. He's like the male Paris Hilton, but he has a job."
