Ellen DeGeneres considers Portia "the right piece"
Ellen DeGeneres was so cute at the People's Choice Awards last night. When she was announced as the winner of the favorite talk show host award, she kissed girlfriend Portia de Rossi on the lips and took the stage. And during silly speech, the camera kept cutting to the beautiful Portia. It was sweet. Ellen didn't say anything sappy about the woman she loves while on stage, but backstage, she was asked what the secret is to their happy relationship:
"Finding the right person, finding someone that just clicks," Ellen said as Portia stood off to the side by the door.
She compared finding the right person to when you put together a jigsaw puzzle and there might be a piece that doesn't quite fit but you keep trying to force it to.
"You just have to find the right piece and I found the right piece," she said.
Then, ever the comedianne, she suddenly added: "That sounds dirty in a way."
Portia laughed, everyone laughed, and the two of them walked out together.

Way to go Ellen i'm very happy for Ellen. Yes Ellen has found one great women. I love that her and Portia are togther and they make my heart beat.

I am 100% for gay/lesbian relationships. Like Ellen said you just have to find the right piece of the puzzle.You shouldn't be juged by whom you love. I'm all for ya Ellen!

There is so much hatred and prejudice in the world it is refreshing to come across what seems to be real love. I don't know much about these two but it looks like love and that is a rare and wonderful thing. Love and luck to both of them
