Trump's Tizzy rolls into 2007...

Well, we know what Donald Trump's New Year's resolution was NOT: to actually behave like a mature adult and stop thinking his stupid feud with Rosie O'Donnell is going to help the ratings for the new season of "The Apprentice." I'm not watching anyway, was never gonna, and now I'm encouraging anyone I know to skip it because this man is completely off the rails.
Here's what he had to say to "Entertainment Tonight" this morning about Miss O'Donnell: "I have no interest in making up with Rosie," adding that she's "not a smart woman, she's crude and disgusting." Trump says that he's had conversations about their spat with "View" Executive Producer Barbara Walters, who he calls "a great friend of mine and a great woman." During their talks, "she said 'Donald, I've got to put up with [Rosie], I can't stand her,'" he says. He went on to say that "ultimately she'll be dismissed" from her duties on "The View."
Gee, I wonder how Barbara Walters feels about her "great friend" now. Let's say that what Trump says is true, what kind of "friend" blabs details of that kind of conversation to a national television show?

Meanwhile, today on "The View," Walters addressed the feud, saying, "Donald Trump [claimed] that I am not happy with my decision to bring Rosie O'Donnell to this table. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have never regretted, nor do I now, the hiring of Rosie O'Donnell. She has brought a new vitality to the show, and the ratings prove it."

Now Donald, really. Grow up and shut up.
