Daniel Craig snaps at gay journalist...

acraig.jpgBridget, a female co-worker of mine (some may know her as the blogger GOP Vixen) mentioned to me that she and an other co-worker were scanning through Out In Hollywood the other day to count how many times I had posted pictures of Daniel Craig, as James Bond, wearing a speedo. She didn't mention a number, but, I know it's plenty. I maintain that each time, I have had a legitimate reason to do so - some news-related item to go with it. And that is the case again today.
At the British Academy Awards last weekend (known as the BAFTAs), UK.Gay.com reports that Johann Hari, a gay journalist for The Independent, apparently approached Craig and said, "Why didn't you wear your little blue speedos? Maybe you would have won then."
Craig was nominated for lead actor for his debut as Bond in "Casino Royale."

The hunky Bond star was unimpressed with this observation and called The Independent journalist a “f*cking fool”.
I'm not upset with Mr. Craig over this. He has always been known as a gay-friendly celeb, and has played gay(ish) and shared on-screen love scenes in films like "Love Is the Devil" (where he played Francis Bacon’s male lover) and "Infamous" (where he smooched Truman Capote, played by Toby Jones).
Briget and I have VERY different politics but we both agree: Mr. Craig really does look good in those speedos!

Johann Hari is a right-wing creep. I don't blame Craig one teeny litle bit.

Hot. Hot. Hot.

"Why didn't you wear your little blue speedos? Maybe you would have won then."

Does this idiot believe they would have changed a vote already six weeks a done deal by what he won to the awards ceremony?

Craig was gracious in his restraint.

Johann Hari right-wing? What the hell are you talking about?
