The pics, squiggles and caption are from PerezHilton.com: "Spotted: hottie Neil Patrick Harris and his equally hot boyfriend, fellow actor David Burtka, at the UPRIGHT Cabaret show in West Hollywood this past Friday. So nice to see them out and about together!"

I agree that NPH and David Burtka are "hot" but coming from Perez, it rings somewhat hollow given his ferocious effort to force Harris out of the closet last fall after his former publicist insisted that Harris was not gay. The actor had never discussed his sexuality.
