Hey, I was sick to death of Britney Spears even before she kissed Madonna okay? But this head-shaving fiasco seems to have made her front page news because she seems to be legitimately wacko! So, I share this funny post I saw on PerezHilton.com of a wigged-out Britney and Miss Carol Channing.
