Isaiah Washington on T.R. Knight's Emmy nod: "He finally got the attention he deserved"

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaisaiah.jpgIt seems that a different Isaiah Washington showed up to talk to "Access Hollywood" yesterday than the one who appeared on "Larry King Live" a few weeks back disparaging his former "Grey's Anatomy" co-star T.R. Knight and essentially blaming him for everything and himsefl for nothing.
Knight was nominated for an Emmy award for best supporting actor yesterday. Washington said he did not submit his name for consideration: "I didn’t want the pain of being nominated and losing."
Washington told Billy Bush: "T.R. Knight is a good actor. He has been a wonderful actor from day one. T.R. Knight, congratulations. He finally got the attention he deserved. Whether or not it serves any particular agenda that he’s nominated now, to make a point, I can’t speak on that. That’s theoretical. I don’t know, but good for him."
Agenda? Yeah, today an Emmy nominatiion, tomorrow world domination. Go T.R. Knight!
