Marc Cherry gushes over Eva Longoria's wedding to Tony Parker...

Eva Longoria's Paris wedding to NBA star Tony Parker a few weeks ago left quite an impression on her "Desperate Housewives" boss Mark Cherry. The lavish ceremony took place at the Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois Church -- once frequented by French royalty -- across from the Louvre Museum.

"It was the kiind of thing where you were kind of like, 'I didn't know I knew people this rich,'" Cherry joked at a party Thursday night for ABC stars. "The chateau where the reception was was kind of like a mini [Chateau de] Versailles and the cathedral, it was the nicest wedding I've ever been to in terms of where the wedding took place."
"There were all kinds of fans outside, paparazzi and you really felt like you were part of an event. I was just going to the wedding of a friend and suddenly realized, 'This will be the only time I ever go to a wedding like this in my life and it was really a lot of fun. The thing that made it really special for me was that after all the glamour and the glitz and stuff, when it came to the wedding toast, they were just like any other couple in love, they were both adorable."
