I don't remember most of the guys who have been the stars of ABC's "Thye Bachelor." But I won't soon forget Andy Baldwin and I also remember Andrew Firestone from several seasons back. Andrew was at the X Games party last night at the Standard in downtown LA and I took the opportunity to aslk him what he thought about our Andy:
Q. What did you think of the latest season of "The Bachelor" with Andy Baldwin?
"I haven't seen it. I know that he was sort of a Navy doctor type but I have never met him, looks like a good guy."
Q. So there's no bachelor club where you all socialize?
A. "Everyone thinks that we actually live in some sort of barracks together and that actually isn't the case. I live up in Pasa Robles so this is as close to LA as I've been in awhile. I'm in the wine business. The thing people forget about in reality TV is that we're not actors and we don't do this Hollywood thing a lot."
Q. But reality show fame does kind of follow you?
A. "Not really because we live up in the middle of nowhere, we make wine, we have a vinyard. So we try and be as far away from this as possible. But it's not anything that I regret doing, I had a blast doing it. But that was like four-and-a-half years ago."
