Picture perfect at the U.S. Open...

The elegant Roger Federer, who won his 23rd consecutive match at the U.S. Open dating back to 2004, sported a new look tonight wearing all-black attire. So cool.

Robby Ginepri (above), whose year has been horrendous, showed some of the form that got him to the seminfinals of the Open two years ago, blowing away his first-round opponent which means we get another match from him. Meanwhile, the usually fired-up Rafael Nadal (below) seemed subdued today as he struggled to beat a guy ranked outside the top 100. Nadal has hurt knees which might mean an early exit for the Spanish hearthrob.

Greg Hernandez has covered the entertainment industry for the Daily
News since 2001. He's considered a bit odd by some for his obsession
with box office numbers, has been known to camp out near the kitchen
at premieres for first crack at the hors d'oeurves, and Greg's never
seen a red carpet he didn't want to stroll down.
