Box Office Buzz: Jodie Foster takes aim in "The Brave One"...
I haven't seen Jodie Foster with big hair in ages. I think she looks absolutely smashing here at the premiere in Germany of her new film "The Brave One." The title is lame but in my Box Office Buzz column in today's LA Daily News, I predict it will kick butt this weekend. I'm gonna try and see it Saturday between all the Emmy hoopla. Not many Jodie Foster movies I haven't enjoyed in recent years especially "Flightplan" and "Panic Room."

News since 2001. He's considered a bit odd by some for his obsession
with box office numbers, has been known to camp out near the kitchen
at premieres for first crack at the hors d'oeurves, and Greg's never
seen a red carpet he didn't want to stroll down.

(Oh, and just as little Euro aside: Jodie spent some growing up time in Paris and speaks native French as the Parisians do. Not only that, she generally talks in rough guttural street French. I have been told by my French friends, that to the French, it is OBVIOUS she is a lesbian just LISTENING to her.)

Jodie was educated at the Lycee school here in Los Angeles and has always been fluent in French from a young age. Maybe her teachers there were dykes so she sounds like them.
Just remember like Lily Tomlin, some school girls fall in love wiith teachers in cashmere sweaters before taking up trucking driving.
