But Lisa Rinna and I did talk about her gig as co-host of TV Guide Channel's pre-Emmy show on which she is teamed with the charismatic Joey Fatone. Both had their profiles boosted by their stints as contestsnts on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars."
This is the pair that replaces red carpet legend Joan Rivers and her tag-along daughter, Melissa Rivers. I think Joan Rivers is a riot and so does Rinna, that's why she won't even try to emulate her.
"No one can touch Joan Rivers — a comedic genius — and I won't even try," Rinna tells me. "There is only one Joan Rivers, and she created this whole format."
