Who says his best days are behind him? Spanish hearthrob Carlos Moya was ranked number one in the world for a brief time EIGHT years ago, shortly after he won the French Open. Now 30, Carlos is playing some of the best tennis of career and on Tuesday, made it to the quarterfinals of the U.S. Open. He is mighty ecstatic about it...and rightfully so!
