Howard K. Stern sued author over gay claims...

I'm not saying Larry Birkhead is a good guy - I don't know that. But he is pretty cute. So Howard K. Stern,. who has always given me the creeps, could do a lot worse as far as people being accused of having a gay affair with. Anyway, Stern is fiercely denying gay allegations made by former MSNBC host Rita Cosby in her book about Anna Nicole Smith and on Tuesday slapped her with a $60 million libel lawsuit.

The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, seeks $10 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages from Cosby and Hachette Book Group USA.
As you know, Smith died of an accidental drug overdose in Florida in February at 39. Stern initially claimed to have fathered Smith's young daughter, Dannielynn, but Birkhead eventually proved he was the dad. The lawsuit says the book falsely accuses Stern of criminal lewd acts, homosexual acts, illegal possession and use of cocaine, conspiring to commit murder and kidnapping for ransom.
