If you're already a fan of the Showtime series "Dexter" - which I am - then you are familiar with actor Erik King who plays Sgt. James Doakes. It was so fun to meet him last week at the Outfest Legacy Awards and to talk about the show which was not on my radar until this summer when I finally put in a DVD from the first season boxed set.
I was hopelessly hooked and ended up watching the entire season over three days. Erik's character is the nemesis of the show's title character played by Michael C. Hall and he really brings the confrontations to life.
Erik talks about the show and about his role in today's HOLLYWOOD JOE so go on over and check it out!
