Rosie's comedy club remarks about Barbara raising eyebrows...
For the record, I think this is being blown way out of proportion. Rosie O'Donnell joined Roseanne Barr onstage during an appearance at the comedy club Comix in NYC on Thursday night and began her comments by saying, "When I was fired by Barbara Walters..."
So now tongues are wagging, eyebrows are being raised etc. with the question of whether Rosie was pushed off of "The View" rather than leaving voluntarily.
Here's what I think: Does anyone REALLY think that if Rosie was fired that she would have not mentioned it on her blog or in her book or in an interview etc? Do you think she'd just hop onto the stage with Roseanne and mention it in passing?
I do not.

Agreed.
I read a few blogs today reporting this 'news.'
My response: Seriously? Stories (AKA jokes) told in a comedy club have become news? I must have missed that day of journalism.
Part of me thinks that Roseanne and Rosie were there to entertain and put on a show. They did just that.
