Sen. Larry "I have never been gay" Craig can't withdraw his guilty plea...

Tap. Tap. Tap.
I have news about the ongoing saga of Idaho Senator Larry Craig who anounced his resignation in a dramatic press conference but now, looks like he is gonna stay put in the Senate until he exhausts all his legal options. Who knows? Maybe he won't resign - maybe he can take back his resignation just like he's trying to do with hos guilty plea?
Anyway, a Minnesota judge in Hennepin County has rejected Craig's request to withdraw his guilty plea for disorderly conduct stemming from his arrest in a Minneapolis airport men's room in June. The judge wrote that Craig
"entered the guilty plea "accurately, voluntarily and intelligently."
I dunno. Seems like this guy isn't a shoo-in to do things "intelligently."
