"The Life of Reilly," as in Charles Nelson Reilly, to debut next month...

I really regret not going to see the late Charles Nelson Reilly's stage show "The Life of Reilly" when it was playing in North Hollywood a few years back. But all is not lost. A film adaptaion of the acclaimed one man show will begin an exclusive engagement at Nuart in Los Angeles, November 9-15. I'm so there.
Charles, who died this spring, is a part of my childhood from watching reruns of "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" and, best of all, watching him spar with my favorite, Brett Somers, on "The Match Game." I gotta share a "Match Game" clip before I go any further:

Here is a description of the flm "The Life of Reilly" from some publicity material I just got: "If, in 1940, you had a lobotomized aunt, an institutionalized father, a racist mother, and were the only gay kid on the block, what do you think the odds would be that you'd end up a Tony winner, a staple of television and a generational icon?
