Thoughts on "The Bachelor"

.aabachelorrrr.jpg
I know what you're thinking. This post is just an escuse for Greg to post some shirtless pictures of the very hunky star of "The Bachelor" Brad Womack who has been tagged as the "sexiest bachelor ever."
Well, you would be partly right but I do have some things to say about this show which airs tonight on ABC and is down to four final women hoping Brad will pick them. I watched the second season of this show way back when then again last year when Andy Baldwin seemed to being back some credibility to it, But even the earnest Andy, pictured canoodling with another woman last month, didn't follow through with plans to marry the lovely Tessa.

Which brings me to this conclusion: the show is a sham! Andy wasn't looking to get married and Brad probably isn't either. And even if they were, to pick your bride from some sort of cattle call stacks the deck against you. From what I understand, no couple has ever met on the show and gotten married except for Trista who was "The Bachelorette" and recently gave birth. That is one happy ending in I don't know how many seasons of "The Bachelor."

But that being said, Brad really is nice to look at and I've caught the show here and there in recent weeks. I just don't want him or the producers to think I'm buying it for a minute. And for the women who participate, I hope it doesn't hurt as much as it looks like it does on TV. Brad is a hot guy, but these beautiful women should not have any problems finding someone just as good, if not better.
