What has Anderson Cooper so excited?

Whoopi Goldberg has just announced that after the commercial break, they are going to have a segment on "The View" on where to find shoes for under $50! I'm sure it's a saracstic look of excitement since Anderson has more money than God. But I love the look on his face.
I think he's dreamy...

on Sunset Boulevard near
Hollywood Boulevard.
She was the best dressed woman there. I was chatting with her for a while when along came a younger woman who said:"Come along Mother"
I thought it was funny!
