I love this young mega-talent, a rising star with a good head on her shoulders. Nikki sang "You Can't Stop the Beat" from the new "Hairspray" DVD at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

In one of the most hideous cut-aways during the parade... did you see Al Roker when he finished his talk with Masi Oka and Ali Larter and then looks down the parade route, points up and screams, "Look out! Here comes Nikki Blonsky!" I thought he was trying to make a joke and say she was a balloon being led down the street by Macy's workers. It wasn't for another hour that she showed up and sang.
