Rosie's take on Jamie Lynn Spears...
It's times like these that ya really miss Rosie O'Donnell on "The View" or wish those MSNBC boneheads had not passed on doing a show with Rosie. I mean, c'mon, Britney's 16 year old sister pregnant?
