When I talked to Ryan Barry a few weeks ago at the Ribbon of Hope Celebration that he attended with boyfriend Reichen Lemkuhl, he was too shy to mention that he was a finalist in the nationwide search for the next A/X underwear model.

But Reichen wasn't.

At that time, there were three finalists and I asked Ryan, "Do you wanna win?" He kinda shrugged shoulders and said something like, "It'd be cool." Reichen then piped in: "He wants to WIN! Of course you want to win."

And, he has. Andy Towle reports on Towleroad that Ryan was announced as winner last night at an intimate dinner hosted by Armani Exchange and GQ. Andy writes: "While I served on a consulting panel of judges (which, let me tell you, was a grueling task!), the most influence over the decision was exerted by the results of a public internet polling process."
