Postcard from Palm Springs...
No, I'm not out here partying. I'm covering the Palm Springs International Film Festical which kicked off last night with "Then She Found Me" starring and directed by Helen Hunt. Very gay-friendly flick and - get this - Hunt's mother is played by BETTE MIDLER. It is the Divine Miss M's best role in ages.
I'll post my chat with Helen later today. Bette was not there. Apologies for the lack of new posts...Had to jam out of LA yesterday at 3 p.m. and somehow made it to the 5:30 event on time. I will have some posts this afternoon and throughout the weekend.
