David Beckham could brighten up just about anyone's day. During his current trip to Asia, he paid a visit to a Shanghai hospital to see young leukemia patients. Your heart just goes out to these children.

As Beckham was inside the hospital, word of his visit had spread and in resulted in chaos outside as crowds descended upon it and police were forced to deny anyone access to the hallways for a few hours.
