Well, he used to be. Now Roger Federer is the world's second best male tennis player. But he's still formidable as he showed Sunday by winning Swiss Indoors final in his home country. It is his fourth tournament win of the year, a haul which includes last month;s US Open. Federer, runner up at Wimbledon and the French Open, he also won the gold medal at the Summer Olympics in doubles. Not bad for what many consider an off ywar for this all-time great.
