Okay, so he doesn't always make the best movies ("Fools Gold" was so baaaaad) but he can be utterly charming in the right vehicle ("Sahara," "A Time to Kill," "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days." But let's face it, we really love Matthew McConaughey because he is not very fond of wearing a shirt! The studly actor turns 39 today and just seems forever young...
