Video: James Franco visits Letterman, talks about kissing Sean Penn in "Milk"

Franco was cool. Little bit too much of the straight actor "oh my gawd- I am kissing a boy," but good because he tried to point out repeatedly to Dave- "I am actor, and this was a good movie."

Letterman- well, Letterman is himself. I thought his going on and on about the kissing was over the top. I got to wonder do straight interviewers ever think seriously about the reverse when they have one of the few gay actors on. Are they focused on NPH or TR Knight kissing a girl considering they likes boys.

Let's be honest the great thing about being an actor- if you were ever curious about kissing the opposite or same gender- this would be a great chance to do it.

Sexuality is so weird in this society. I am totally gay, and not an actor, and I've kissed a girl. Kissing is kissing. It's when you go below mouth that things really start to change.

Listen, there's just no denying that James is one of the current hot Hollywood superstuds. Dave, straight as an arrow, knew this would be hot stuff. And he was right. This is funny, and cool, and just the good life. For those of us who happen to think that James, from his days at Freaks & Geeks, to now, is a stud by all standards to submit to, the offer of a kiss is one that simply cannot be refused.
