Critics Choice Awards: "Milk" wins best ensemble, Penn best actor...Ledger and Streep also win!

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,milkcast.jpg "Slumdog Millionaire" may have won the best film prize at last night's Broadcast Film Critics Assn.'s 14th annual Critics Choice Awards, but "Milk" did pretty well for itself with wins for Sean Penn (best actor) and the entire cast who were represented at the event by Penn, Josh Brolin and Emile Hirsch.

Meryl Streep, who I think is deserving of the Oscar for "Doubt," tied for best actress with Anne Hathaway in "Rachel Getting Married." And finally, how wonderful that the late Heath Ledger won best supporting actor for "Batman." He is a shoo-in the win the Oscar.
