The Motown legend behind such hits as "Tracks of My Tears," "Cruisin," "Just to See Her," and "Ooh Baby Baby" turns 69 years old today. Here is a video of Smokey and his group, The Miracles, singing their early 70s hit "Tears of a Clown."
