Just lovely...Happy Friday!!!

David Beckham has blogged about his racy Emporio Armani underwear ads and the unveiling event for his billboards in San Francisco last week that caused quite a stir:

"Well I'm sure you've seen the pictures but last Thursday I went to San Francisco to see the unveiling of the new Emporio Armani campaign I shot a while back. To be honest I was amazed by the huge billboard poster outside Macy's department store, but even more amazed by the amount of people who turned up to see it! I'm always surprised by the amount of attention certain things create, but the attention this campaign has created is pretty incredible." What else has been incredible for David? Getting to visit the Golden Gate city, blogging "It was great to meet some of the people who'd come out especially though, I've always wanted to visit San Francisco, so it was a great to finally get there."

The unveiling of David Beckham's new Armani ad on the side of a San Francisco building caused quite a stir yesterday. He really is, bigger than life. And the soccer stud himself showed up to sign pics of his beautiful self. It must be so fun to be David Beckham. What. A. Hottie.

Towleroad reports that this is one of the images to be revealed later today. II. Can't. Wait.

Can you imagine of this guy was your waiter? I wouldn't be able to order! I'd probably spill my water then choke on my food so he could save me. It would just be a fiasco.

Anyway, the stylish Mr. David Beckham is pictured her at the opening of Gordon Ramsay's new restaurant in Los Angeles. It's hard to believe Tom (Never missing a photo op these days) Cruise was not present and accounted for.

...Not that there's anything wrong with that!

The English newspaper The Sun writes that the Spice Girl recently confessed to the fact that she attracts gays like a moth to a light. "All the men that like me are gay. It's true. I have a really strong gaydar. I do love gay men though,"

Her hubby, sexy soccer star David Beckham, who is not gay that we know of, is still attracted to her too we assume!

Hey, did Anderson Cooper even bring this photo shoot up on "60 Minutes" a few weeks back? Hmmm. Well, Jay Leno - still recovering from the Ryan Phillippe fiasco - had David Beckham on "The Tonight Show" Tuesday and asked him, of course, about those heaven on Earth pics for the Armani underwear ads.

Beckham said: "I was so nervous about doing that campaign because obviously I've done photoshoots before but I've never done photoshoots in my underwear. But to do that, I was quite nervous because obviously I knew my wife and friends were going to see it. And my mom was going to see it. When the photos first came out, she was the first one to call me and say, 'What are you doing?' I tried explaining it to her but she didn't really get it."

Anderson, the CNN anchor who gets to moonlight as a "60 Minutes" correspondent, has a piece on Out In Hollywood fave David Beckham of the LA Galaxy on Sunday's edition of the long-running newsmagazine. Below is a clip from the piece that has Anderson asking Becks about his 15 tatoos:

Anderson even gives a shot at blocking a goal (below), something I just can't imagine Morley Safer, Steve Kroft, Lesley Stahl or Andy Rooney doing. Mike Wallace maybe, but none of the others!

David Beckham could brighten up just about anyone's day. During his current trip to Asia, he paid a visit to a Shanghai hospital to see young leukemia patients. Your heart just goes out to these children.

As Beckham was inside the hospital, word of his visit had spread and in resulted in chaos outside as crowds descended upon it and police were forced to deny anyone access to the hallways for a few hours. Including, according to ASocialite'sLife.com, a woman who was screaming: "I want to see a doctor!"

...for being so adorable during his visit to Korea and for brightening my day with his good looks and happy aura...

No, I can't get enougn of this guy, OK? So sue me. Yesterday, I was dazzled by David Beckham's dazzling smile as he arrived at the airport in South Korea. Today, at a Seoul press conference, he appears to be playing things a bit coy...Either way, sexy, sexy, sexy!!!

...I know, I know, he's fully clothed. But dontcha just love this picture of David Beckham snapped earlier today?

David Beckham is in Hawaii to play some soccer with the LA Galaxy and decided to take a dip. I'm so glad there were photogs around to record the momentous event...

Thanks to the Ohlala blog for these pics of David Beckham on the beach in Brazil. It was exactly four years ago that I spent 10 glorious days on the beach in Rio. It's funny, as time goes by, the more special that experience is. We were there for Carnaval and marched in the Samba parade in full costume! It was, the time of my life...

Yeah, I like him better in his undies too! But you don't expect David Beckham to meet the prime minister of England wearing just a pair of skivvies do ya? While mean Mr. Blackwell might think his wife, Victoria Beckham, is the worst dressed woman alive but her soccer stud hubby is always turned out impeccably.

I think this photo of David Beckham is beginning to rival the one of Daniel Craig emerging from the ocean in that skimpy swimsuit as the most posted picture on this site. Just any old excuse to post it again. This time, there's a pretty cool quote to gto along with it from Mr. Beckham himself who doesn't mind at all that the gays love him.

The 32-year-old soccer stud told BBC Radio 2's Lines of Enquiry: "I'm very honoured to have the tag of gay icon...Maybe it's things like (the fact) I like to look after myself, I like to look smart and presentable most of the time."

The photo above has led to speculation about the bulge. Is it all him? Wife Victoria Beckham decided just to tackle the question head on and said in an interview I saw somewhere: "I'm proud I still have a really good sex life with David. He is very much in proportion. He does have a huge one, though. He does. You can see it in the advert. It is all his. It is like a tractor exhaust pipe!"

So maybe the LA Galaxy didn't get its money's worth out of David Beckham on the field this year, but Emporio Armani underwear sure as heck is! The black and white photo of the soccer stud has surfaced everywhere online and got people buzzing, panting, and buying!

I just read on Towleroad.com that Selfridges, the UK chain of department stores, is reporting a 50% increase in sales of similar tighty-whities since the release of the Beckham photo.

According to the Manchester Evening News, "They are currently outselling boxer shorts by two to one. Demand for the entire Emporio Armani underwear range was also up 30 per cent. Director of menswear David Walker-Smith said: 'David Beckham is a global style icon, appealing equally to men and women. Where he goes, fashion is bound to follow, so briefs are the big story for underwear.'"
