It was tough to get a clean shot of Sen. Clinton even from 10 feet away...but here are a few that turned out OK.
What made the LGBT Presidential Forum so special yesterday was not only having our issues focused on for an entire evening, but watching the event at The Abbey with thousands of other people who, like me, have watched this country sink so low under our current president and his administration. We want someone who is smart in the Oval Office, has good intentions and can actually work with people to get somethng done.. No one is perfect, Hillary Clinton included. But her work as a New York senator has been widely seen as highly effective and I liked what I saw last night both at the forum and at the party afterward at The Abbey where she was embraced by a very supportive crowd. Some wonder why gays seem to be leaning toward Clinton when she hasn't even come out in full support of gay marriage. I think it's because we think she can really win AND because so many in the LGBT community have been underdogs and fought for their place in the world. We identify with her desire to break down barriers.

I got caught up in the fever and posed with a Clinton for President sign. I'm not officially endorsing her, yet, but am probably on my way...

This is a cool guy, Kyle Taylor (left), and his friend (sorry, forgot the name of friend), who I watched much of the forum with. It's nice to make new friends...

And last, but not at all least, this is me last night with my favorite bartender at The Abbey, Matt. He makes a terrific lemon drop martini and it doesn't hurt that he is movie star handsome...and very sweet.
