Say hello to Pasadena's new cable boxes

For those who have read today's story on new AT & T cable boxes, and might not be able to instantly conjure up in their heads what a 51 by 48 inch cable box might look like, here is a helpful picture with Pasadena Public Works engineer Danny Wooten (who says he's about 6 feet tall).

Also below is a very fuzzy map created by the city with current locations of cable boxes. These are important because all new boxes will have to be within 350 feet of one of these suckers. The three east to west streets pictured on the map that have heavy concentrations of boxes are Villa, Colorado, and California.

Palo Alto had the same issue, but we managed to get AT&T to make the boxes green or move them to less visible areas.
