Another Pasadena flyover

| | Comments (3) |

I missed it, but a B-2 stealth bomber flew over Pasadena yesterday around 2:15 p.m. I think I heard it, but was too lazy to go outside and check it out. Or maybe that was just some other sound- I would think a stealth bomber is supposed to be pretty quiet, though apparently it was flying pretty low. Pictures can be found here.

So again we see high-priced military jets in the sky and have no idea why (remember this?).... it is a little strange that the military never tells us anything about it.

This may have been in honor of Verne Orr, former Secretary of the Air Force. His memorial service was to be at the First Methodist Church.

no, the fly over was in fact in honor of Vern Orr...former Secretary of the Air Force. Nice tribute.
