Pasadena naming new administrators

PASADENA - Long-time City Hall staffer and acting Director of Finance Steve Mermell has been named assistant city manager. Mermell will be replaced by Andrew M. Green, finance director for the city of Reno, Nev., Pasadena City Manager Michael J. Beck announced Tuesday.
A third appointment, director of housing, a new city department, will be made public next week, officials said
