Council candidate Tornek receives endorsement from Sid Tyler

| | Comments (1) |

Terry Tornek, the planning commissioner appointed by Sid Tyler to represent District 7 now has the endorsement of Tyler. Tornek has been the most vocal of the candidates on slowing down city housing developments- Tyler has not always opposed the same projects Tornek has, but Tyler does have deep concerns about Lamanda Park neighborhoods having higher density zoning that could mean new housing developments in the area.

Tornek's voice on housing has apparently made an impact in Tyler's consideration of the endorsement, as he mentions below in his letter endorsing him.

Tornek is one of five candidates vying for the seat.

Tyler's senile. The housing market's collapsed and businesses, stores and restaurants are closing all over Pasadena, but housing is the biggest issue? No, it's trees. Unemployed people holding cardboard signs need shade, man! Mike
