I haven't had a drag in for many years. The hardest aspect about stopping smoking could possibly be starting couple of weeks. Thankfully that those effects didn't last and things got better day-to-day because of the e cigarettes. Please don't throw in the towel. Just simply keep trying and you are likely to be a non-smoker permanently.

While wanting to kick the habit, I stumbled on the e-cigarette. The smokeless cigarettes wotks on a nicotine fluid which holds simply nicotine. Absolutely no cancerous substances at all. They have luckily changed my life. No more inhaling and exhaling cancerous substances feels great to me!

I gave up cigs 3 days ago and it's beginning to make me feel crappy now. My partner tells me I won't get it done however I'm so strong on this I can. recently I began experianceing pain in my tummy and I seriously am craving a drag. I will not give into the craving mainly because I'm stopping for our children. I'm grateful to have the electric cigarettes. It really has been extremely helpful in my opinion.

I stopped cold turkey 3 days ago and it is really starting to affect me today. My husband keeps telling me I probably will not complete it however I'm so focused about it I can. This morning I began getting painful sensations inside my belly and I truly am craving a puff. I wont give up given that I'm doing all of this for my little one. I am lucky to have the e cigs. It really has been a big bonus to me.

All that is on my mind is tobacco. I don't like to take a hit and if somebody offered me a smoke right now, I'd definetly refuse. I feel I'm in a pretty dreadful state of mind and have been having trouble going to sleep nevertheless I understand I should really turn out to be healthy. The electronic cigarettes may help me out in the long run.

Frank P.,
Question for you--I have not seen Prep play in person this year but have seen Maranatha. What are your thoughts about this weeks game? Anyone else have any thoughts about this game?

GloucesterCoach said:

Purude Alum I played Inside Linebacker, but mostly left bench.

Frank P said:

how about from now on, you can only predict the outcomes of the teams that you have actually seen IN PERSON! no more of these so called "experts" making bogus claims that carry no real weight.

p.s. i have seen rio hondo prep play football in the past.

pasadena guy said:

Did I really see the score of the Flintridge Prep game correct?
Santa Clara 42
Prep 7
I thought this was going to be Prep's year? Well, at least they should do well in the prep league. Though, Poly and Rio are looking pretty good right now.

I bet Tennessee Tiger graduated in 99 and his itials are J.A. GloucesterCoach which position did you play?

PurdueAlum05 said:

Yes, we will GloucesterCoach! I just got back from the South Pas game. South Pas looked pretty good against Alhambra. Conner Berry of SP was able to shut down Zion Babb. I have to say, Zion Babb has the worst sportsmenship I have ever seen. He was talking back to coaches and the ref. South Pas's D was awesome. I'm glad their winning.

GO TIGERS!

Tennessee Tiger said:

WHOA!!!! 24 - 7 SoPas at the half. If they can hold on against a high scoring Alhambra offense...wow.

Tennessee Tiger said:

ahh...the hunch is correct...1999 it is...bravo, bravo

GloucesterCoach said:

I'm going upset city this week.
Los Al over St. Francis
South Pas over Alhambra
Pasadena over Arcadia

Agreeing with the Popular Consensus....
Muir over Burbank
Monrovia over La Salle
TC over Rosemead
San Marino over Keppel
Blair over Rosamond

I'm going to guess the Tennessee Tiger graduated in 99. Just a hunch. PurdueAlum we'll always have 12-7 99/00 over SM.

FredJ said:

They haven't beaten anyone "great." But Alhambra was a solid victory. Don't worry, everything will be sorted out in time.. By your reasoning, we could say who has Monrovia beat that's "great." They beat a 1-2 Arcadia team.

PurdueAlum05 said:

Tennessee Tiger what year did you graduated from SP?

PurdueAlum05 said:

Fred J,
Who has TC beat that's great?

FredJ said:

Good question Brad. I was making a point about quality opponents and Alhambra has played a quality Temple City team, which was a close game.

brad said:

on your article about alh. vs. sp, why did you not mention that alhambra has not beaten a team who has won a single game but you very clear on all of sp's opponants!

Centennial v. Marshall: 24-10 Centennial
St. Francis v Los Altos: 30 - 27 SF
Alhambra v. South Pasadena 20-14 Alhambra
Arcadia vs. Pasadena 38 - 17 Arcadia
La Salle at Monrovia 48-14 MHS
Rosemead at Temple City 30-17 TC
San Marino at Keppel: 28-7 SM

OK...here are my picks, up for certain scrutiny since I am the first to respond...
Centennial vs. Marshall: Centennial 28 Marshall 10

St. Francis at Los Altos: SF 31 - LA 27
Alhambra at South Pasadena: SoPas 20 - Alhambra 14 (SoPas defense will be the story as Alhambra throws 3 crucial picks even though they can run effectively)
Arcadia vs. Pasadena: Pasadena 24 - Arcadia 13
La Salle at Monrovia: MHS 35 - LaSalle 10
Rosemead at Temple City: TC 24 - Rosemead 20 (Rosemead will be ready, but comes up short)
Pomona at Gabrielino: Pomona 38 - Gabrielino 14 (Sorry Eagles, not your year)
San Marino at Keppel: SMHS 24 - Keppel 7 (even though I have been bred to despise the Titans, it's Keppel)
Bosco Tech vs. Murphy: Bosco 24 - Murphy 14
Maranatha at Bakersfield: BCHS 31 - MHS 14 (those farm boys are big)
Saturday
Flintridge Prep at Santa Clara: FPHS 34 - SCHS 24
Rosamond vs. Blair: GoVikes! Blair 28 - Rosamond 14
