Below: Besides golf, this is what we do on Prep break.

Jealous people around here. They just wish they were you in cabo fishing and drinking a cold one.
Plus, they probably want your job, too.
It's almost been a one year since you started this blog. If you didn't start this blog, I'd propbably be at the gym. We should all celebrate in august!
Thanks Kirstie, Richard and Jenny for all the kind words of encouragement.
NO, I just don't give a rats ass about track.
Sincerely,
Guys who like girls
Fred,
you could stand to lose a few, but I think you are hot.
Richard Simmons
Fred,
I saw what people wrote about your weight and I think its ridiculous for people to think you're overweight.
Signed,
Kirstie Alley
...and if the list is biased do you have alternatives or you disturbed by the lack of your schools athletes inclusion?
If you truly follow a particular sport then choosing an all-area team is an interesting endeavor.
Could or would the anonymous critic be able to come up with an all-area team for any sport? Or are you merely one of those haters that likes to pretend expertise in everything by negative comments? Which is your right.
To that one guy who blasted the loser...errrrrr guy who "suggested' all area nominations:
I am here to stick up for the guy who took all that time out of his not so busy schedule to get all that track info. He must be dedicated!
Sincerely,
all star wars geeks w/out girlfriends
Fred,
I really miss you and its obvious you really miss me!
Jenny Craig
We are going to pick an athlete for each event.
who gives a rats ass about your "suggestions?" You really have to be a loser to spend that much time coming up with that biased list.
you really think they're going to pick an athlete for each event? Your crazy

Yours truly,

Thanks Fred
The cold ones are just off to the side Dawg .. that was a great day in Cabo last year, can't wait to go back.
I'm not exactly sure how long the Dodgers own Rasmussen's rights, but Robbie's plans are to go to UCLA and get his degree. That's why he was taken late in the draft, schools knew he wasn't going to sign.
On Eddie McKiernan signing with the Angels, there's a decent chance. I ran into him at the all-star softball game and he said the Angels' offer will determine whether he goes to UNLV or signs with Anaheim...
Fred did you hear about Rasmussen getting drafted by the dodgers? How long do they have his rights for, because I heard he could still go to ucla and then play for the dodgers farm teams.
Fred,
you look fantastic. Thanks for hanging and being my work out partner.
Bartolo Colon
Looking good Fred... Looks like San Felipe, Baja Ca.
Any cold ones?
DAWG
I need to look into some downtime in Cabo.
Fred, you do look like you've packed on a few.

Yes, working with me has taken its toll on Fred's waistline. Burgers and fries from Victor's Villa? Mongolian at the mall? Round Table?

Where are you fishing in that picture. Looks awesome. You deserve some down time.

Thanks, I changed it.
