| | Comments (7) |

Week 0 prognostication time.
Time to put on our thinking hats, or simply guess. Let's have some fun and start making predicitons

Football Graphic

Week 0
Friday, August 31
Montclair at Monrovia, 7 p.m. (Monrovia) Cal Preps: Monrovia 22-21
Pasadena at Harvard-Westlake, 7 p.m. (Pasadena won a close one last year, I pick 'em to do it again this year) Cal Preps: HW 35-17
San Gabriel at Walnut, 7 p.m. (Both teams struggled last year and need to start the year right, I'll say San Gabriel) Cal Preps: San Gabriel 22-21
Gabrielino at Pioneer, 7 p.m. (Judging by last year, I have to go with Pioneer) Cal Preps: Pioneer 31-7

Saturday, September 1
La Salle at Eagle Rock, 2 p.m. (Eagle Rock won big last season, La Salle should be good, but I'll go with Eagle Rock) Cal Preps: Eagle Rock 31-14

Greg, can you name one St. Francis game we didn't cover last season? Didn't think you could.

Why is it that St. Francis always ends up the #1 ranked team in your paper's rankings, but you hardly ever cover them? Let's hear about the Golden Knights.

Someone has asked where all the bloggers are and if there on vacation? Well, if the lead story is who will win between Gabrielino and Pioneer in Week O then I wish I was on vacation too!

If Pasadena lines up and plays predictable, safe football...I'll take Harvard Westlake. Pasadena needs to let their athletes showcase their skills with big plays-take chances,etc...

BTW, did all of the bloggers go on vacation at the same time? Where is everyone? It seems like people only post something when someone rags on their team.

OK.........Monrovia is sorry...PHS is sorry...Arcadia is sorry...Duarte is sorry...St. Francis is sorry...Alhambra is sorry...
