That "me,me,me" line sounds like a broken record of a Coach Garrison speech.

You must be an insider.

its disgusting to see talented monrovia team go to pieces. from what I've heard the kids are always me me me....not we we we. as long as monrovia keeps playing like individuals I don't see them making noise in the rhl.

Goldenarm,

Coach Garrison is not known for making excuses, but I'm sure he would admit that this bye-week could not come at a better time for his banged up team.

if Monrovia comes out of the bye week unchanged and not showing a severe hunger to win - somebody needs to shake things up.
Like TC, they need immediate adrenaline push and focus for the opener. If that happens, much of the disapointment of the non-league games fill fade quickly from view. The bye week comes at a most opportune time for Garrison.

No, I did not forget how to spell my name...I'm all thumbs on the berry.

If West Torrance is considered a "St Francis calliber team," then apparently we did! West Torrance, Culver City, Mira Costa, Santa Monica and Morningside were each in Monrovia's division within the past 7 years when Monrovia was among the top teams in that division.

HS football is really bad in the SGV

Monrovia used to be able to compete with most of the Western Division's top 10...not that long ago. I hope Coach Garrison circles the wagons during this bye-week and gets the team back into form.
