Robby, this is the best coached SF team I have seen in the last 10+ years.
Coach Bonds was magical in his play calling and the defence finally hits like we did in the 70's.
the only kids I saw in the wrong spots were the LC kids on the Loyola bench

Is Justin son of John Sciarra, circa prep 74, UCLA and NFL?

La Salle: Here's a quote from Jim Bonds. Yes there was OT. Too bad only the coaches knew.
"We were contemplating going for two there at the end, but there was an agreement that there's overtime," St. Francis coach Jim Bonds said. "Hindsight is 20-20; maybe you go for two and don't put that pressure on your kicker, but we thought we'd kick the point and take our chances in an extended period."

Disappointed in the Cubs the first half but like all Loyola teams do, they fight and never give up (21 points in the 4th). Nice to see the SF/Loyola rivalry back. Too bad we couldn't play 7 years ago :( (Ware vs. Sciarra)

anybody know if overtime was going to be used at the Knight-Loyola game. Since it was a non league game, I don't know.
A few of us diehard La Salle fans made the trek to La Canada, and enjoyed a great game.
Coach Bond decided to go for one, I am just wondering if he was playing for overtime?

It was the best game I've seen in a while on any level. Justin Sciarra and Dietrich Riley played amazingly. You guys played a great game all the Golden Knights.

Good job Golden Knights! Keep your heads up! Build on this experience and use it to get ready for league. We can still be Mission League Champions.

SF needs to get better players - Loyola is no longer the gold standard. They are going in the same direction as ND on the college level. Loyola can't attract the best players in the LA anymore. Great game anyway.

Scott,
Thanks for coming out to the game tonight. WOW! Still shaking! What a great job by Justin Sciarra to lead the drive and throw a touchdown as time runs out. The Golden Knights deserve to be very proud of the way they played the game tonight! Great job by the Cubs to come back and win in the second half. GO KNIGHTS!

Good job SF, way to go to fight hard. You made a good rival game. This proves that SF is a still strong and is capable of playing up to their schedule.

My Golden Knights scored on the last play of the game, but we missed the extra point try and lost 21-20.
Ugh.........
