It's crunch time in the CIF-Southern Section playoffs for many area teams.

CIF Playoffs Schedule

Girls Volleyball
Division I-A
Quarterfinals

Flintridge Sacred Heart def. Notre Dame Academy in five games, 25-12, 25-23, 24-26, 24-26, 15-12. Tologs go from being in command to outlasting Notre Dame Academy. FSHA will play in the semifinals on Tuesday. Katie Condon tied her career high with 26 kills. Camile Coffey notched career highs with 18 kills and 12 blocks, Sam Orlandini collected 49 assists and 21 digs while Jenna Orlandini added 30 digs.
Division II-A

La Canada at Riverside Poly, 7 p.m.
Division III-A
Quarterfinals

Village Christian def. San Gabriel in three games, 28-26, 25-20, 25-18
Gabrielino at Brentwood, 7 p.m.
Division IV-A

Mayfield def. Campbell Hall in three games, 25-21, 25-18, 25-12
Westridge def. St. Paul in three games, 25-21, 25-11, 25-10

South Pasadena 10, Damien 9 - Tigers earn tough win, will play at PCC on Wednesday

Pasadena Poly 10, Santa Monica 7 - Tommy Gilfillan nets six goals to send the Panthers into Wednesday's semifinals in Irvine.

universe has always been great. For me anyway. It is no wonder that it is part of our universe curricullum. I love every part of it. From marine life to cells and even plants. There is just a big world out there. universe is in the front line of understanding it .
