Can we honor the defenders in soccer. The forwards, scoring midfielders and goalkeepers always get highlighted...What about those defenders that play a very strong defensive game, before the keeper has to save the ball....AND can we see photos of other teams besides St Francis....they have been in the paper at least 5 times since the season started...What about your other top five teams..Thanks!

The RHL is very mixed up this season. Every team can beat each other, no team looks like they can dominate every game. I think the last two games will determine who goes to playoffs.

Blair looks like the best team in the RHL this year if they lost to LC 1-0 playing two men down.

Looks like La Canada is good, as always. Hard to knock them out of the title race.

Monrovia -- a bumpy start, but they should come back.

San Marino? Hard to tell. They shredded TC.

TC -- beat up by SM but knocked off South Pas.

South Pas -- beat the presumptive champion Monrovia. What?!

It seems like it'll come down to Blair, LC or Monrovia. The rest? Thanks for playing along.

The Monrovia v. South Pasadena game was very exciting with south pas holding on for the win. It looks like the RHL is going to be close this year, every team looks like they can take the title.

The rankings are actually done on Tuesday, so they were formulated before that match.

La Canada 1 -vs- Blair 0 on Friday afternoon. Good physical game with tough defenses; Blair went down 2 players in the 2nd half [1 a red; 1 a double yellow]. Looking forward to the next game.

You have Monrovia as #3, but they lost to LCHS on Wednesay 2-1...LCHS isn't even in the top 5
